Exactly what the last guy said. I view the situation the same as you but you write it up far better than anyone out there including Bari Weiss. I have often wondered why the Left is so obsessed with this issue. When asked, some of the "progressives" in the US will say, "well we give Israel 3 billion a year, that's why!". Suddenly a bunch of fiscal conservatives.

But that doesn't explain why the Leftists in the UK, and Canada, most of Western Europe, Australia are also obsessed with attacking Israel and the "oppressed" Palestinians, because they dont send any money, Germany an obvious exception. It comes down to the new form of modern antisemitism, Anti "Zionism", the new politically correct, hip way to attack the Jews without being labeled antisemitic. Just look at Mark Ruffalo's anti Zionism screeds to his 12 million "followers''. The folks in the Jewish world who have done the public relations for the term Zionism should be fired.

I have long held similar beliefs but never found the words to describe the beliefs. Your words ring true to me. Thanks.

Great article as always. Do you have a source for "Did you know that 32 armed conflicts killed more people than the I/p clashes from last year? That all of them had a far higher ratio of civilians to combatants deaths?"?

I'm not doubting it, just want to understand the context/scope. 32 armed conflicts in the region? 32 from around the world?

Around the world. There's actually 36, not 32:

Last night while dozing off I imagined what a Kristallnacht in the US might look like. And, of course, it would look like THE Kristallnacht but in English. And I thought to myself, America is not that different than Germany back then. At least not in some ways. For instance, we - more specifically the Left - has created the "Big Lie" platform. The accepted false meme about us. Through their control of our universities, our fake news, the Left has institutionalized the evil Jew. The Left is our equivalent to Goebbels. Then we have the galloping increase in Jew hatred, much like what happened in Germany pre-Kristallnacht.

I come from an uber-liberal reform Jewish background. Like many this dates back to FDR. During the 2nd Intifada I watched as the world blamed Israel; as my family blamed Israel and I knew I would not live that lie. Breaking away from generational beliefs caused great pain for all involved. Me especially. But I do not look back. It sickens me to see reform Jews, i.e., the ADL, J-Street Jews delegitimize Judaism and Israel. And I know in my heart that if America experiences our version of a Kristallnacht it will be in no small part thanks to the enemy from within. The reformed, leftist Jews. The Sam Bankman-Frieds, the Madoffs, the Boeskys, the Bernie Sanders, the Chomskys... the enemies that were once our brothers, sisters, parents and grandparents.

I embrace my family now, but know them as the bubble fools they are. They cannot change. Thank G-d I have. Maybe doing so will open the door for the next generation to take notice, to question, and to follow a different path. I'm not optimistic, but we can hope.
