Some of you might know, some of you might not: I got engaged at the end of Erev Rosh Chodesh Nissan and married on Lag Ba'Omer.
For those of you keeping score, that's a whopping 48 days in-between.
Then, to top it off, UPS decided to break my computer screen despite paying hundreds of dollars to get it shipped and insured and then refused to take my complaint (never again, UPS, never again).
That brings us to now. Between finishing the school year over Zoom, setting up the new apartment, and the travails that come with being newly married, I only just (less than 48 hours ago) got a new screen.
I thankfully also found a new teaching position for next year, as well as hopefully a new writing position. Fingers crossed, bli ayin hara, and all that.
Now that I have finally settled into my new life and have been given the tools to write again, I will be picking up where I left off.
As for paying subscribers, once I figure out how, I will give four months to the ones who paid for the year, and those who paid monthly, however many months they paid for when I stopped writing, as a gift to pay back for the wasted time bl"n. You paid, and I intend to deliver, even though real-life events interfered in the meantime.
I am looking forward to publishing some more, very soon.
